Dr Nurse Paula (Pow-lah) is a board certified Doctor of Nursing Practice in Adult Gerontology. She/they practices Holistic and Integrative Medicine out of her practice in Ann Arbor Michigan Two Worlds Wellness currently located at Integrative Healthcare Providers. She has studied 12 branches of medicine including Allopathy, Osteopathy, Homeopathy, Integrative Medicine, Manual Medicine, Indigenous Medicine, Plant Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Elements Theory and others. She is passionate about holistic care and seeing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional and spiritual dis-ease in bodies. She specializes in Hormones, Women's Health and Weight Management. She loves musculoskeletal work and developed her own technique of healing touch called the Esteva Realignment Technique (ERT) using her 20 years of work with physical, manual and massage therapists, as well training under a Doctor of Osteopathy. She has also trained as a Cacao Facilitator with Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes and is currently a student of One Who Catches Lightening and Keeper of Thunderstone at the Path of Ix.
